Terms & Conditions Of Participation Quarantined Raffle
The participant accepts the following rules and regulations to take part in the Instagram contest.
1. Instagram is noot Associated with this Instagram Giveaway. Host of the contest is florianbreitenberger.com
2. All natural persons are allowed to participate. To participate, you have to comment my last instagram post tagging your friend should win the two prints. A participation by mail is excluded. I reserve the right to dismiss Instagram fake accounts from the contest. A transmission via contest services or programs / scripts is not allowed.
3. The prize is a canvas print of the photo you shared in the size of the winners choice (up to 60x90cm worth 279€ is possible).
6. A participation on the contest is not linked to an order. Placing an order does not influence one’s chances to win.
7. The contest ends on 31st of March, 2021 at 18:00 Uhr CET.
8. The winner will be selected by draft and contacted via direct message on Instagram. The winner agrees, that his/her name could be published in the newsletter of florianbreitenberger.com the Florian Breitenberger Photography-Blog or on the Instagram & Facebook accounts of Florian Breitenberger.
9. If the winner has not replied after 3 days of notice, florianbreitenberger.com reserves the right to draw another winner. In this case the right on the prize expires for the previous winner.
10. florianbreitenberger.com reserves the right to change to rules and regulations of participation.
11. It is not intended to collect & save data or to pass them on to third parties.
12. Instagram is not connected in anyway with or sponsoring, supporting or organizing the contest. Instagram is no contact person for the contest.
13. All participants acknowledge the rules and regulations of this contest. Any recourse to courts of law is excluded. An equal payment in cash is not permitted.
14. Shipping only for destinations within Europe – but we will find a solution for winners with a shipping address outside of Europe!
