Terms & Conditions Of Participation Quarantined Raffle
The participant accepts the following rules and regulations to take part in the Instagram contest.
1. Instagram is noot Associated with this Instagram Giveaway. Host of the contest is florianbreitenberger.com
2. All natural persons are allowed to participate. To participate, you have to comment my last instagram post tagging your friend should win the two prints. A participation by mail is excluded. I reserve the right to dismiss Instagram fake accounts from the contest. A transmission via contest services or programs / scripts is not allowed.
3. The prize is a canvas print of the photo you shared in the size of the winners choice (up to 60x90cm worth 279€ is possible).
6. A participation on the contest is not linked to an order. Placing an order does not influence one’s chances to win.
7. The contest ends on 31st of March, 2021 at 18:00 Uhr CET.
8. The winner will be selected by draft and contacted via direct message on Instagram. The winner agrees, that his/her name could be published in the newsletter of florianbreitenberger.com the Florian Breitenberger Photography-Blog or on the Instagram & Facebook accounts of Florian Breitenberger.
9. If the winner has not replied after 3 days of notice, florianbreitenberger.com reserves the right to draw another winner. In this case the right on the prize expires for the previous winner.
10. florianbreitenberger.com reserves the right to change to rules and regulations of participation.
11. It is not intended to collect & save data or to pass them on to third parties.
12. Instagram is not connected in anyway with or sponsoring, supporting or organizing the contest. Instagram is no contact person for the contest.
13. All participants acknowledge the rules and regulations of this contest. Any recourse to courts of law is excluded. An equal payment in cash is not permitted.
14. Shipping only for destinations within Europe – but we will find a solution for winners with a shipping address outside of Europe!

Teilnahmebedingungen für das Instagram Gewinnspiel
Der Teilnehmer akzeptiert die folgenden Regeln und Vorschriften, um am Instagram-Wettbewerb teilzunehmen.
1. Instagram ist nicht mit Ihrem Instagram-Werbegeschenk verbunden. Gastgeber des Wettbewerbs ist florianbreitenberger.com
2. Alle natürlichen Personen dürfen teilnehmen. Um teilzunehmen, musst du meinen letzten Post kommentieren oder mir per Direktnachricht mitteilen, warum du und dein Freund / deine Freundin das Bild gewinnen sollen. Eine Teilnahme per Mail ist ausgeschlossen. Ich behalte mir das Recht vor, gefälschte Instagram-Accounts vom Wettbewerb auszuschließen. Eine Übertragung über Wettbewerbsdienste oder Programme / Skripte ist nicht gestattet.
3. Der Preis sind drei Drucke deiner / eurer Wahl (bis zu 60x90cm im Wert von insgesamt 279€ ist möglich).
6. Eine Teilnahme am Wettbewerb ist nicht an eine Bestellung gebunden. Eine Bestellung hat keinen Einfluss auf die Gewinnchancen.
7. Der Wettbewerb endet 31. März 2021, 18:00 Uhr CET.
8. Der Gewinner wird per Zufall ausgewählt und per Direktnachricht auf Instagram kontaktiert. Der Gewinner stimmt zu, dass sein Name im Newsletter von florianbreitenberger.com, dem Florian Breitenberger Photography-Blog oder auf den Instagram & Facebook Accounts von Florian Breitenberger veröffentlicht werden könnte.
9. Wenn der Gewinner nach einer Frist von 3 Tagen nicht geantwortet hat, behält sich florianbreitenberger.com das Recht vor, einen weiteren Gewinner zu ziehen. In diesem Fall erlischt das Recht auf den Preis für den vorherigen Gewinner.
10. florianbreitenberger.com behält sich das Recht vor, Änderungen an den Teilnahmebedingungen vorzunehmen.
11. Es ist nicht beabsichtit Informationen zu sammeln oder zu speichern. Es wird nichts an Dritte weiter gegeben.
12. Instagram ist nicht mit dem Wettbewerb verbunden, unterstützt oder organisiert ihn. Instagram ist kein Ansprechpartner für den Wettbewerb.
13. Alle Teilnehmer erkennen die Regeln und Vorschriften dieses Wettbewerbs an. Eine gleiche Barzahlung ist nicht gestattet.
14. Versand nur für Ziele innerhalb Europas – wir finden jedoch eine Lösung für Gewinner mit einer Lieferadresse außerhalb Europas!
